Return Policy

  • Approval and Changes
    By paying any part of the invoice, you are confirming your approval of all details specified. Changes cannot be made to the invoice after approval.

  • Mid-Production Order Cancellations
    Once an order is approved and payment is made, The Awesome Company will not issue refunds for mid-production order cancellations.

  • Misprinted Orders
    We do not issue refunds for misprinted orders due to mock-ups being sent over for approval before printing. However, we will work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

  • Delivery Delays
    While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, they are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as production issues or shipping delays from warehouses.

  • Garment Defects
    The Awesome Company is not responsible for any defects in garments from the manufacturer. Our awesome employees do their best to catch any defects with every piece of apparel that comes through our door but we are all human and sometimes we miss some defects. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 5 business days and we will replace the defective item(s).

  • Fixes
    In the event that a fix is necessary, the order will be reprocessed as a standard order and completed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.

  • Inspection Period
    Customers have a 5 business day window to inspect their order upon receipt. Any errors or issues must be reported to The Awesome Company within this timeframe for resolution.
