FAQs: You Ask, We Answer
-
We print on soft, retail-quality garments. Our go-tos include Gildan, Tultex, Next Level, Bella and Comfort Colors, but we have access to thousands more.
-
Nope! You can order one shirt or one thousand. That’s what makes us awesome.
-
Possibly! Shoot us a message first so we can make sure they’re a good fit for your project. We have people who drop off their own apparel all the time!
-
Absolutely. Our team is here to help clean up your artwork, create a design from scratch, or guide you through making something you love.
-
SVG files, or Vector files (like .AI or .EPS) are best, but we can work with high-res, transparent background PNGs or SVGs, too. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you.
-
Not sure if you need screen printing, embroidery, or DTF? We’ve got you. Here’s the quick rundown:
Screen printing is best for bold, high-volume orders (think team shirts, event gear).
Embroidery is ideal for logos on polos, hats, and things that need a more polished, professional look.
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is great for smaller batches or super detailed designs with lots of color.
Still not sure? Just reach out, we’ll help you pick the best fit for your project, your budget, and your timeline.

Clear Communication. No Surprises.
Our team is easy to reach, quick to respond, and always here to make sure your order turns out AWESOME. Got questions? We’ve got real humans ready to help.
