I’m Carly Chalabian. I am originally from Cincinnati and made the move to Columbus three years ago. My journey with autism began in college when I taught ABA therapy to kids. It was so meaningful to me to help a child reach and surpass their developmental milestones. I received a degree in Early Childhood Education from Wright State University and taught for many years after. I wanted to make a big leap in my career path so I could advocate for adults with autism. The opportunity to work at The Awesome Company as Lead Employee Advocate and Studio Manager presented itself and I knew this job was for me! Every day, I get to be creative and collaborate and support my co-workers. Together we put in our all to produce the highest quality custom apparel for our wonderful customers.
When I’m not working, you can find me exercising, going to a hockey game, or hanging with my awesome husband. Three things that I find awesome are concerts, succulents, and reading books.
